Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our factory and products, answered here.
Factory-related
What are our weaknesses?
Our factory is currently small-scale with in-house mold development and an incomplete product line. Due to limited production capacity, we cannot meet short-term demands for large-volume orders at this time.
What are our key advantages?
1. Small orders accepted: Our small factory is flexible and can handle dozens or even single-unit orders.
2. Custom non-standard solutions with fast revisions: We have in-house mold expertise and injection molding capabilities. For special samples or design changes, feel free to send us details—we’re ready to help.
3. Easy communication and negotiation: Direct access to our team means no back-and-forth. Payment terms, delivery schedules, and requirements can be discussed openly and resolved quickly.

How is the product quality?
While plug and socket designs often look similar on the surface, there are significant differences in core details like material quality, build thickness, and structural engineering across manufacturers.
All product images shown are authentic, unedited photos of actual items—what you see is exactly what you get. You'll know the quality as soon as you hold it. We welcome sample requests; we're confident enough to let our products stand side-by-side with competitors'.
What is the product price?
Current market pricing is highly transparent. Beyond fixed costs like factory overhead and labor, the primary cost driver lies in raw materials.
On one hand, plastic resins vary widely in type, grade, and quality—new material versus recycled, and different brands—leading to significant cost differences. On the other hand, core copper components differ based on whether they are solid or hollow, as well as thickness and length specifications, which also create noticeable cost variations. Many products may appear identical at first glance, but upon closer inspection of materials and craftsmanship, clear differences emerge.
Our quotes are calculated based on actual raw material costs and production hours. We do not engage in short-sighted practices such as low-price baiting or secretly compromising quality. As a supplier with 20 years of experience, we prioritize long-term, stable partnerships.
